When I think of what I can do next as a flavour combo in the kitchen aka Research Room I always like to play with flavours I'm familiar with. And so recently I dried some eel in my dehydrator. Eeling was something my sister and I did a lot of on the farm. Once nana taught us the ropes, after tee you'd find us at the creek most nights. After cleaning and bagging grandad would hang them in what was an old bottomless Kelvinator where he'd have a stack of tea tree for burning. There were never any left overs!!
